The W Athletic Department has named DJ Clark as December’s Renasant Athlete of the Month. The senior forward averages 12.3 points per game and 9.6 rebounds. Because of his effort, the Indianola, MS native was named USCAA Player of the Week during the second week of play.

Despite a couple of stumbles and running into foul trouble, The W was able to keep its head above water to defeat the Eagles 66-50. Adding another road, the Owls improve to 6-2 on the season.
