Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 COLUMBUS, Miss. – The W tennis teams both lost to Huntingdon College on Saturday to cap the fall portion of the season for both programs. The Owls' women (0-2) fell by a 5-2 score, while the men (0-2) were shutout, 7-0.
 
For the women, the Owls lost at Nos. 1 and 2 doubles to give the team point to the Hawks. Huntingdon then swept the Nos 1-4 singles matches in straight sets.
 
MUW's Mallory Parker and Audrey Foreman were awarded forfeits at the Nos. 5 and 6 singles slots, respectively.
 
On the men's side, the out-manned Owls lost at Nos. 1 and 2 doubles to put HC up, 1-0. The Hawks would then sweep the four contested singles matches (as well as receiving forfeit wins at Nos. 5 and 6).
 
At No. 2 singles, Jasper Poag lost a tough first set, 7-6 (10-8 tiebreaker). He then dropped set two, 6-1.
