The 2026 SLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship will be hosted by Greenville University in Greenville, Illinois, this weekend. The two-day event begins on Friday, with the majority of the events being held on Saturday.

BLACKBURN COLLEGE 'BEAVERS'
Head Coach: Noah Daum
  • Leland Branstner has his eyes set on becoming the first Beaver in program history to take home a medal at the outdoor championship. He currently ranks 1st in the conference in both the discus and shot put and 4th in the hammer.
  • Sophia Palmier, a jumper, has had a strong season for the women's program, ranking 3rd in the conference in pole vault and 4th in high jump, as she looks to become the first Beaver in the women's program to medal.

  • Eureka's program is built around their distance and middle distance runners.
  • Cole Glover and Bailey Webster are 2nd and 3rd in the men's 1500 while Webster also put up the 3rd best 5000 meter time this spring.
  • The Red Devils have one gold medal in program history.

  • All eyes will be on the 100 meter dash, where Ty Kellum has already broken the SLIAC record this spring.
  • Fellow record setter Keenan Powell takes aim in the triple jump, where he broke the conference record that had stood for nearly a decade.
  • Norah Atkins is the favorite in both the 800 meters and 1500 meters as she looks to add her first gold among five career medals.
  • Arielle Lawrence looks to become the next in a long line of gold medalist Panther throwers in the hammer. The program has won 7 of 8 golds in the event since 2017.

  • Brooklynn Collins ranks 1st in the conference in women's steeplechase and is in search of her program's second all-time gold medal.
  • Samantha Love (high jump), Brianna Krantz (400m), and Kasylu Malumbo (discus) also have their eyes on picking up a medal.
  • Jakobe Alcorn, who already has ONE career medal, will be competing in several events including the javelin, hurdles, and high jump.

  • Malachi Morgan is one of the top jumpers in the conference, ranking 1st in both the high jump and long jump.
  • Noel Kellum has a chance to medal in several throwing events, including discus and javelin.
  • Armoni King is the top sprinter for the women's program, ranking 2nd in the SLIAC in both dash events.
  • Arie'Onna McCollum looks to add to her medal collection in the throwing events, while Ariella Jones is the favorite in the long jump.

  • Amarachi Ejimadu looks for her first career gold, coming in with a conference-best time in the 100 meters and ranking 3rd in 200 meters.
  • Hannah Myers returns to defend her title in the high jump and also ranks 1st in the conference in the triple jump.
  • Zach Proctor holds conference best times in the 5000 meters and 10,000 meters as he looks for his first career gold medal.
  • Mark Fisher will look to capture his second straight gold in the hammer.

  • Aissata Kamara is the women's program's top sprinter, ranking 3rd in the SLIAC this spring in the 100 meters.
4379 WESTMINSTER COLLEGE 'BLUE JAYS'
Head Coach: Keegan Rich
  • Levi Casey will look for a medal in the pole vault after putting up the 2nd best mark this spring in the conference.
  • Lee Ivy III is the team's top thrower and ranks 4th in the shot put.
  • The Blue Jays women's program has several throwers who could medal in the javelin, including last year's gold medalist Emma Braby.
  • Riley Vogel is a distance runner for the program and will compete in the 5000 meters and steeplechase.
