Matthew Geis enters his first season as a member of the Owls men's cross country team.

Geis attended Vancleave High School where he was a member of the boy's soccer and cross country teams. 

Personal
Geis is the son of Sam and Laura Wooten and the brother of Talyn, Quinton, Robbie, and Patrick. He enjoys buffalo wings, the movie "Moana", and the song "Till I Collapse".
