Mackenzie Harris enters her second season as a member of the Owls softball team.
Junior/Community College
Harris attended East Mississippi Community College in Decatur, MS. She was a member of the Lions softball team.
Off the field, she graduated cum laude and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
High School
Harris attended Florence High School in Florence, MS. She was a member of the Eagles cheerleading squad, slow pitch softball team, and fast pitch softball team. Because of her efforts, she was named the best offensive player of 2015, recorded the highest batting average in 2014 and 2015, and was named to the All-District team.
Off the field, she graduated with high honors.
Personal
Harris is the daughter of Bryan and Vicki Harris and the sister of Preston and Haley Harris. She enjoys cookie dough, the movie "Steel Magnolias", and the song "Free Bird".
She is studying physical therapy here at The W.
