BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Owls fall 0-2 on the season with an 8-0 loss to Birmingham Southern College at the Ann Dielen Tennis Complex Saturday afternoon. 

The W suffered another loss partly due to lack off numbers with one double's forfeit and two singles forfeits. 

The women's match began with a double's head-to-head featuring Alyssa Yager and Isabella Wisner for BSC and Sandy Bonucchi and Laura Kate Inman for The W. The BSC duo dominated the competition to earn the point for the Panthers 8-0.  

Owls pair Emma Potter and Nicole Rensink also lost their doubles match to Emily Enoch and McKenzie Courtney 8-0. 

The single's competition the Owls were unable to pick up a point to drop the match 9-0. 

The Owls will return to action on Friday, March 29 when they host the Marion Military Institute.
