Austin Sparks enters his first season as a member of the Owls baseball team.

Sparks attended Thompson High School in Alabaster, AL where he was a member of the baseball team. 

On the field, Sparks saw plenty of success during his playing time with the Thompson Warriors, with several playoff berths and even an appearance in the 2015 Class 7A state championship game.

Personal
He is the son of Cale and Diane Sparks. He has two siblings Anderson and Ashton. 

He enjoys steak, the movie "Bad News Bears", and the song "Get Right Witcha".
