The W Athletics

Melissa Pacillo enters her first season as a member of the Owls women's soccer team. 

High School
Pacillo attended Winona Public School in Winona, MS. She was a member of the girl's soccer and softball teams, Mu Alpha Theta, Beta Club, Super Scholars, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. On the soccer field, she received the Best Defense Award (10th grade) and the MVP Award (12th grade). On the softball field, she received the Most Improved Award (10th and 11th grades), Fast Pitch Best Defense (12th), and Slow Pitch Best Offense (12th). In the classroom, she maintained the highest average in math, the highest average in world religions (12th), and the highest average in goverment (12th). 

Personal
She is the daughter of Gary and Regina Kendall and the late Dale Pacillo and the sister of Ryan and Josh. She enjoys grilled chicken, the movie "The Greatest Showman" and the song "Reckless Love". She is studying nursing here at The W.
