Kayla King enters her second season as a member of the Owls women's volleyball team.
Freshman (2017)
King was named to the Athletic Director's List for Spring 2018 for her effort in the classroom. On the court, she played in 23 games for 62 sets, 116 kills, 382 total attacks, 8 assists, 64 digs, 8 blocks (1 solo, 7 assists), and 135.5 points.
High School
King attended Pelham High School where she was a member of the varsity volleyball team. As a member of the volleyball team, she was named most value player, had the highest kill percentage, and help her team reach second place in the state. King was an honor roll student, a National Art Honor Society Inductee, and a Mu Alpha Theta Inductee.
Personal
King is the daughter of Brian and Donna King and has two siblings; Ana Kate and Loren. She enjoys mac and cheese, the movie "Pitch Perfect", and the song "Don't Stop Believing" by Journey. At The W, she is studying business marketing.
