Congratulations to our OWL OF THE WEEK for the period of January 12-18, 2026: Malachi Morgan of men's track and field. At The W's two meets over the weekend, Malachi set three school records. He jumped 6.58 meters in the long jump and cleared 1.89 meters in the high jump, both also SLIAC-leading marks, as well -  at Saturday's Samford Open. At the KMS Invitational on Sunday, Malachi ran the lead leg of the Owls' record-setting 4x200 relay.
