Congratulations to our Owls of the Week from over the holiday break: Tray Huguley of men's basketball for December 16-21, 2025, and Mia Bowen of women's basketball, for December 29, 2025-January 4, 2026.

In three games, Tray averaged 18.0 points, 12.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 1..3 steals per game.  He shot 60% from the field (21-of-35).  Among his accomplishments, was a school single-game record of 20 rebounds versus Texas Lutheran Universityon December 20. 

This past Saturday afternoon, Bowen helped the Owls knock off SLIAC co-leader Lyon College, thanks to her season - and career - high games of 32 points and 15 rebounds. Bowen hit 11-of-25 from the field and was 10-of-12 from the free throw line. Bowen, who ranks third in NCAA III for blocks, added two rejections to her season total versus the Scots, giving her 42.
