ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The W men's soccer had a rough day in its St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) match at Webster University on Saturday. With two teams at the opposite ends of the league's standings, the Owls (0-10-1, 0-4-0 SLIAC) fell to SLIAC-leading Gorloks (4-2-3, 4-0-0 SLIAC), 10-0, at Worldwide Technology Soccer Park.
MUW's offense never found its footing in the contest. The Owls' lone shot attempt of the day came in the first half by
Simon Roth. WU held a 33-to-1 margin in total shot attempts.

Kenneth Starr (4 saves) combined for seven saves. Each allowed five goals in their respective halves of action.
The W will next play at Belhaven on Tuesday (Oct. 13/6:30 p.m.) in a non-conference road match.
