COLUMBUS, Miss. -  The W junior Ashley Estabrook has been selected as the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Player of the Week for women's golf, it has been announced. The award covers March 15-22, 2026, with the Owls placing third at the Centenary College Hal Sutton Classic during that period.

The Owl ladies finished behind Mississippi College and Jackson College out of the seven female teams. 

Estabrook topped MUW, by finishing in 15th place (with MC players occupying the top seven positions). Estabrook carded rounds of 85-89=174 for her 36 holes.

It was Estabrook's fifth consecutive top-20 finish this season for The W.

"We are very proud of Ashley," MUW Head Coach Benji Williams said. "One of the strengths of her game is her consistency, and that has greatly benefited the entire team this season. She is very deserving of this honor."
