COLUMBUS, Miss. - The W men's soccer dropped a non-conference home decision to the United States Sports University, 5-1, at the Roger Short Soccer Complex. The Owls are now 0-6-0, while the Eagles improved to 1-1-1, in the first-ever meeting between the schools.

The W made the most of its chances. Of the teams five total shots, three were on-goal. The issue, however, came down to quantity, as the Eagles unleashed 28 shot attempts, with 13 put on frame.
