Congratulations to our first ZACHARY'S "OWL OF THE WEEK" for 2026-27: Hannah Owens of women's cross country. Owens, a senior, posted a time of 22:10.3 for the 5K, finishing 14th in the field of 38 runners at the Freed-Hardeman "Freed Speed 5K". It was Owens' 19th-straight meet – every event in her three-plus year career with The W – as the Owls' top finisher.
